II – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

Article 1 – Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
Access to and use of the ATHPA website, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, are subject to the present Terms and Conditions of Use as well as to all applicable regulations in force on the day of the visit to the Site.
Consequently, access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Internet user of the present terms and conditions. The Internet user declares and acknowledges that he/she has read the General Conditions of Use and undertakes to comply with them.
The General Conditions of Use of the Site may be freely modified and updated by ATHPA. Any modification or update is binding on Internet users each time they access the Site, and the Internet user therefore undertakes to consult them regularly.
The Internet user acknowledges that he/she has checked that the computer he/she is using does not contain any viruses, Trojans, etc., and that it is in perfect working order.
ATHPA may not be held liable in any way for misuse of the service.

ATHPA is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided online by the user by filling out the forms on the site.
The personal data collected by ATHPA are necessary to manage your requests or comments.
The mandatory nature of the information requested is indicated, refusal to respond will result in your request not being taken into account.

Article 3 – Intellectual Property
Use of the ATHPA Site does not grant you any rights to this Site and/or its content. Only strictly personal use of this Site and its content is authorized.

Article 5 – Liability

ATHPA takes the utmost care and makes every effort to provide quality information on its Website. However, ATHPA cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all such information.
Internet users use the Site under their sole and entire responsibility.

ATHPA shall not be held liable for any guarantee of any kind, whether implicit or explicit, concerning in particular the integrity, accuracy, up-to-dateness, non-infringement, availability, reliability or completeness of the information, products, accessories or services appearing on the Site, nor their suitability for the use that the Internet user intends to make of them, as well as the consequences of their use.

ATHPA makes every effort to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of ATHPA, and subject to possible breakdowns and maintenance work to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the services offered.

The reference language for the settlement of any disputes shall be French.

Article 9 – Applicable law
The content of the site is subject to the law applicable in France. All users acknowledge the jurisdiction of the competent court of Albi for all matters relating to the content and use of the site or remedies arising therefrom.
